Voltage and current reflections on the transmission line can cause impedance mismatches. To prevent this you need to activate the termination resistor on the device, by simply closing the bus termination jumper.

To avoid signal reflections, termination switch of NTP module should be ON and last device jumper state of daisy chain should be closed. The jumper is located under the main cover, please check the figure below for more details.
